Reference cars are measured by hand; bodies are modelled in Fusion 360 with allowance for resin shrinkage and post-cure shift.

Resin print
Printed on a 4K mono LCD in tough engineering resin at 30 µm layers. Each batch lights up the garage for ~4 hours.

Cure & finish
UV cured, supports trimmed, surfaces wet-sanded to 600 grit. Bodies receive a hand-laid clearcoat and a matte or gloss seal.

Track test & ship
Test-fitted to a stock chassis and run for 200+ laps on our home loop. Only parts that clear inspection get boxed and shipped.
